Here at Fitness Functions we believe your health plays a big part in your quality of life. The Fitness Functions team will help you get the most out of your time with us so you are ready for whatever life throws at you.  Our 30 minute sessions give you fast-paced dynamic workouts that fit into your busy schedule and get you back to enjoying life with your family and friends. You will move better, feel better, and look better!


Our 30 minute training sessions are held with up to three people per trainer. You receive customized training programs and work towards your personal goals together with a Fitness Functions coach. Semi-Private training provides you with the benefits of extra accountability, motivation, and more flexible scheduling options!

You do not need to sign up with someone you know, but if you have friends or family that you want to work out with we will be happy to train you all together while you each are challenged to reach your own goals.  With this package you also have access to unlimited Small Group Training classes.


Our Small Group Training classes, Team Conditioning and TRX Fusion, are carefully programmed to be safe and effective. You will be individually challenged as you become stronger and more powerful, increase your endurance, and boost your metabolism to burn calories! Our classes last 40 minutes or less and are held with up to 10 people in order to keep the them adapted toward your fitness goals.

Space is limited so signing up ahead of time is required. The entire workout is coached by a qualified trainer that will help you get the most out of each exercise. To get the most out of these workouts, a Function Session is recommended before attending your first class.

TRX Fusion uses a variety of fun and different tools like TRX Suspension Trainers, RIP Trainers, battle ropes, and sandbells. It is designed to give everyone a unique total body workout, focusing on quality movements that improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Team Conditioning classes use a variety of all equipment Fitness Functions has to offer including the heavier weight options. You will be performing quality movements with your body weight, resistance bands, cable machines, kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells. These workouts give you a high intensity total body challenge.
