Sebastian Hudd, MSS, CSCS, ACE, FMSC

Owner and Fitness Coach

After graduating high school and completing the military service requirement in Finland, Sebastian evaluated his higher education options. He had been accepted in a health promotion degree program by a college in Finland, however, an American college presented him an opportunity to travel to America on a soccer scholarship. He came to the United States in 2000 and attended The University of Montevallo and earned a bachelor’s degree in health promotion. While working as a personal trainer for over nine years, he continued his professional development by completing a Masters Degree in Sports Science at the United States Sports Academy and attending various strength and conditioning conferences to further improve his education. Needless to say he takes gratification working in the wide-ranging field of fitness, wellness, sports, and nutrition.

Sebastian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength Conditioning Association, Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise, a Certified Functional Movement Screening Specialist, and Titleist Performance Institute Certified. His exercise programming is research driven, functional, safe, and fun every time a client steps into the studio. This gives all his training sessions a unique positive experience regardless of age or fitness experience.

Sharon Hudd, BA, PN 1

Nutrition and Fitness Coach

After graduating from The University of Montevallo in 2006 Sharon worked at a desk 8 hours a day, making a healthy lifestyle more difficult than ever to achieve.  After a couple years of gradually gaining weight, she realized low-calorie diets, pre-packaged meals, and “magic” pills were not helping her – they were actually part of the problem. On New Year’s 2008 she set out to take back control of her weight and to regain her health. Balanced meals, planning ahead, and a good exercise program were the keys she had been missing!  In 6 months she lost over 25 pounds, kept it off, and has continued to improve her body composition since. Through her own quest for health, she was able to help her husband, Sebastian, focus more on his own nutrition needs and transformed his outlook on health.

This journey sparked her interest in nutrition and exercise and the desire to share her knowledge and experiences to help others that struggle with their health. She has continued her education and acquired the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification as a nutrition coach and completed TRX Suspension Training and TRX Sports Medicine Training courses.

Jenneth Lardner

Fitness Coach

Jenneth is originally from Gulfport, Mississippi, but after Hurricane Katrina hit the gulf coast she and her family relocated to Alabama. At the age of six, Jenneth started training in TaeKwonDo and through the years she achieved the rank of 4th degree black belt. In high school she played multiple sports including basketball, but martial arts has remained her passion. She took her skills and began her path as a martial arts trainer for students ranging from ages 6 to 18.

Through her training, Jenneth developed a love for fitness. She came to realize that the more she focused her training, the healthier she got and coincidentally, her martial arts improved!  She graduated high school with this passion of living a strong, healthy lifestyle and pursued a degree in Nutrition from her local community college. She later transferred to the University of Montevallo to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree and changed her major to Health Promotions.

Jenneth is studying to achieve her personal training certification while she finishes up her degree at UM and trains clients at Fitness Functions. After graduation, she hopes to apply the skills and knowledge she has gained to attain a degree in physical therapy.
