These training sessions are held with a up to three people at the same time. Can’t afford private training sessions? Feel like you need more accountability, but still need personal attention from a coach? Semi private training will be the best option for you. Each individual in the group will receive their own customized workouts and work together towards your personal goals with a Fitness Functions coach.

These sessions are 30 minutes long. You do not need to sign up with a person you know unless you know of somebody that you want to work out with. You might be starting at a timeslot on your own and as another person wants to join the same timeslot, we will add them in. With this package you will also have access to unlimited Team Training classes.
