This package offers you unlimited access to all the small group training classes (Team Conditioning & TRX Fusion). To be most effective in the workouts, a total score of 12 on the FMS is recommended before attending the classes. Space is limited so signing up ahead of time is recommended. The entire workout is coached by a qualified coach that will help you get the most out of each exercise.

All workouts are carefully programmed to keep our classes safe and challenging!

TRX Fusion classes are held with up to 8 people, in order to keep the classes adapted toward your fitness goals. The classes last 35-40 minutes and use a combination of tools such as TRX Suspension Trainers, RIP Trainers, Battle Ropes, and SandBells. TRX Fusion creates a unique total body workout that focuses on functional movements that will improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Team Conditioning classes are held with up to 10 people. The classes are 35-40 minutes and include a variety of all the equipment Fitness Functions has to offer. You will be performing functional movements with your body weight, Resistance Bands, Cable Machines, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Barbells. This type of training will give you a high intensity total body challenge.
